Welcome to the
John Reich Collectors Society

The purpose of the John Reich Collectors Society (JRCS) is to encourage the study of numismatics, particularly United States gold and silver coins minted before the introduction of the Seated Liberty design, and to provide technical and educational information concerning such coins.

The John Reich Journal is the official publication of the Society, and is distributed to all members in good standing. Each year, the membership votes for the best article published in the previous year, and that author is presented with the Jules Reiver Literary Award. The Journal Index provides an index search to locate articles in issues from 1986 to the present.

For more information on what the JRCS is all about, and for some interesting insights into collecting early U.S. coins, watch this video interview of JRCS President, Brad Karoleff, recorded at a Florida United Numismatists (FUN) Convention several years ago.
